A fabulous stay at Nicks. From start to finish, Nick was very responsive with great recommendations also. House is lovely and cosy. Would have liked to stay longer! House is well equipped. Would love to return there again & I would thoroughly recommend staying.

A STUNNING property in a beautiful location. The character and key features of the chapel have been maintained while creating a beautiful and comfortable property that made a perfect location for a few days of family time.
Nick was a very friendly and approachable host and his communication was great.
Can't say enough about how beautiful the property is. The area of the Cotswolds is quiet, yet well equipped with amenities. We enjoyed a day shopping in Oxford and meals at cosy pubs.
Would love to stay again. Thank you Nick!

We had a lovely stay in Charlbury and would happily return. Nick was a friendly and proactive host who gave clear instructions about how to find and check in to the house. I felt confident he'd be available to respond to any questions or issues, although everything was spot on!
The house is beautifully designed, well-equipped and full of eye-catching artwork. Spending mornings reading on the comfy sofa in the roomy and bright living room was a particular treat. The property is located in a quiet area that is perfect for exploring Charlbury and the wider region.
One of the reasons we chose this property was because it appeared to be suitable for a disabled guest, and it worked really well for us with a convenient downstairs bedroom and bathroom facilities, which made the stay much more comfortable and accessible.
Our dog was also welcomed like a VIP and very much enjoyed his stay and exploring local walks!
A wonderful place with a great host – we’d definitely recommend it!

We were a group of friends and found the house ideal for our needs.

Pictures didn’t properly describe the property in this case - as the home was even more immaculate than the pictures portrayed. If we could pick up this home and move it back to the states with us, we would do so. Amazing in all ways. Nothing was forgotten and Nick, the host, was wonderful and working with us on our needs. His suggestions for restaurants and visits was spot-on as well.
We used this as our base to visit the Cotswolds and had the trip of a lifetime with our two teenage daughters. The home gave us enough space for downtime but also allowed us to visit together without being in tight quarters. Local Cotswold villages are easy to access as we went as far north as Broadway and South as Bath - visiting all of the towns along the way. We even had a chance to meet a friendly neighbor.
There are plenty of restaurant options as well. Our favorite was The Bell. Had we not had two picky teenagers with us, The Bull looked amazing as well.

Amazing stay for 5 adults! The house was lovely, warm, and super comfortable—especially the spacious living room with that huge comfy sofa, perfect for group hangouts.
Nick was a fantastic host: very communicative and welcoming. Spotless and well-equipped.
The location in this gorgeous village is unbeatable—great coffee shops nearby, and brilliant dinners at The Bull and The Bell. We’d love to return!

The property was immaculate- extremely clean.
The location is perfect for everything in the Cotswolds.
The interior in the property is stunning, making it feel so cosy and homely.
Nick is extremely helpful with anything you may need/ any questions we had. The only couple of faults I have is no garden, especially for letting the dogs out we had to walk to the field which wasn’t so convenient. Also getting onto the driveway is extremely difficult as the lane down to the property is very narrow, and there is not much room to manoeuvre/ reverse.

Wonderful home in which to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Nick was super helpful and esp thoughtful. Great beds, books and kitchen. We loved it and would gladly recommend to others and return ourselves
